Refund Policy

If you cancel before we begin work on your brief, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact the practice quoting your research access code.

Because each report is prepared specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund once research has commenced. A partial refund may be offered at our discretion depending on the stage of work.

Reports are digital products and are not refundable after delivery on the basis of the findings themselves. Research that accurately reports an unwelcome competitive picture has done its job.

If a delivered report materially fails to cover the scope of the package purchased, or contains a material factual error, contact us within fourteen days of delivery. We will correct or reissue the report at no cost, and where that is not appropriate we will refund the engagement.

If your brief cannot be responsibly answered through public-source research, we will tell you before proceeding and offer either a revised scope or a full refund.

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

Where a refund is payable, it is returned in the same cryptocurrency used for payment, to the wallet address the payment originated from or a wallet address you nominate in writing. Refunds are calculated on the Australian dollar value of the engagement and converted at the exchange rate applying on the date the refund is processed, so the amount of cryptocurrency returned may differ from the amount originally sent. Network transaction fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

This policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which are not excluded or limited by anything stated here.
